In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to navigate and use the Store Feature on your mobile device to browse products, place orders, and manage your shopping experience effortlessly.

 

Step 1: Exploring the Store Feature

    •    Open your app on your mobile phone and go to the Store Feature.

    •    Browse through different sections, including Product Categories, Featured Products, and Latest Products.

    •    Use the search bar to find specific products quickly.

 

Step 2: Viewing Product Details

    •    Tap on a product to view its details.

    •    You can enlarge the product image by tapping on it.

    •    Scroll down to see the price, description, ratings, and reviews.

    •    Set the desired quantity before making a purchase.

 

Step 3: Adding Products to Cart

    •    Tap Add to Cart to save the product for later purchase.

    •    A success message will confirm the product has been added.

    •    Click on the cart icon in the top right corner to view your cart.

    •    The cart displays total cost, discounts, and the final payable amount.

    •    You can also remove items from the cart if needed.

 

Step 4: Placing an Order

    •    Tap Buy Now to proceed directly to checkout.

    •    A confirmation pop-up will appear; select Yes to continue.

    •    Enter your shipping address, including name, house number, state, and country.

    •    Tap Continue to proceed.

    •    Review your shipping and billing details, then tap Pay.

    •    Choose a payment method and complete the transaction.

    •    Once the payment is successful, a Thank You page will confirm your order placement.

 

Step 5: Managing Your Orders

    •    Tap View All Orders to access your order history.

    •    Check details like Order ID, Date, Price, Status, Order Items, and Shipping/Billing Address.

    •    Tap on an order to view its complete details.

 

Step 6: Accessing Additional Features

    •    Open the hamburger menu to access:

    •    Your Orders – View all past and current orders.

    •    Your Wishlist – Save products for future purchases.

    •    Saved Address – Edit, remove, or add new addresses.

    •    Return/Cancellation Requests – Manage returns and cancellations.

    •    Terms of Use & Privacy Policy – Read app policies.

    •    Sign Out – Log out from the store.
