How to Add a Store Feature to Your App

Adding a store feature to your app allows you to sell products, manage orders, and handle payments seamlessly. This tutorial walks you through the step-by-step process of setting up your store, configuring essential settings, and managing orders effectively.

Step 1: Adding the Store Feature

        •    Open your app and click on the Edit button.

        •    Navigate to Add Features, search for Store, and select it.

        •    Once added, you can rename the feature by double-clicking on it.

Step 2: Managing Your Store Dashboard

        •    Click on Manage Store to access the Store Dashboard.

        •    The dashboard provides performance insights, including order statistics, product count, and categories.

Step 3: Adding and Managing Products

        •    Navigate to the Products tab on the left panel.

        •    Click Add Product to list new items.

Step 4: Handling Orders and Abandoned Carts

        •    In the Orders section, track all placed orders along with customer details and payment status.

        •    Manage abandoned carts, which show items left in users’ carts. You can target these users with discount coupons to boost conversions.

Step 5: Processing Returns and Refunds

        •    Access the Return Requests section to approve or reject return requests using the dropdown menu.

    Step 6: Configuring Store Settings

        •    Under General Settings, customize your store details, including store name, GST number, contact information, currency, and minimum order amount.

        •    Enable customer notifications like SMS updates.

Step 7: Managing Payment & Tax Settings

        •    In Payment Settings, choose your preferred payment mode and gateway.

        •    Under Tax Settings, set tax rules based on country, state, and type (fixed or percentage-based).

Step 8: Setting Up Shipping Services

        •    Integrate shipping providers such as Shiprocket, FedEx, or Shippit to automate deliveries.

        •    Save all settings and test your app using the Test App feature before launching.

By following these steps, your store will be ready to start selling and managing orders efficiently.
