How To Disconnect Chatbot From The Mobile App Using Appy Pie?

Discover how to disconnect the chatbot from your mobile app using Appy Pie. Follow these steps to easily disconnect the chatbot integration.

1. Login to your Appy Pie account and go to your App Overview page.
   
   

2. Under Engage Users, click Integrations.
   
   
   
   

3. In the Livechat and Chatbot Integration section, you will see the Appy Pie Chatbot card with the Connected status. Click on the Appy Pie Chatbot card.
   
   
   
   

4. Click the vertical 3-dot icon, then select Disconnect Integration.
   
   
   
   

5. In the popup, click Yes, Disconnect to disconnect the chatbot.
