A test event is created in Google Calendar.

The input time was taken as UTC format as explained above. With the help of Appy Pie Formatter, the input date/time mapped from Google Calendar to Google Sheet, was ameliorated to a different time format.
This date-time format, 2025-09-27 05:30:00, does not comply with the full ISO 8601 standard for time exchange because it omits the necessary time zone offset. Therefore, while it clearly shows the date and the local time of 5:30 AM, it can't be used to determine a single, globally consistent point in time without an external reference to its intended time zone.
