How to integrate Pipedrive to Gmail using Appy Pie Automate?

1. Start by creating an account on Appy Pie Automate. Once logged in, click on ‘Create Connect’ to begin setting up your automation.

 

2. Select Pipedrive as a Trigger app.

 

3. Select New Person as a trigger event and click Continue.

 

4. Click Add an Account to add your account to Pipedrive.

 

5. Login to your Pipedrive account or create a new account.

 

6. Once your account is connected, click the 'Continue' button to run a test and view the retrieved record.

 

7. A “Run Test is Successful” message will appear. Click Continue to proceed to the Action application.

 

8. Select Gmail as your action app.

 

9. Select Create Draft as the action event and click Continue.

 

10. Click Add an Account to add your account to Gmail.

 

11. Once your account is connected, click the 'Continue' button.

 

12. Map all the details of the Set Up part and click Continue & Run Test.

 

13. A “Run Test is Successful” message will appear. Click Activate Connect to activate it.

 

14. Following is the use case output of the above Connect. Here, creating a new person in Pipedrive triggers an action of sending a draft in Gmail through automation in Appy Pie automate.

A new draft is creted as action event by taking the sample of new person as per the respective mapping.
