You Own the App and retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in Application that you create, submit, post, transmit or display on, or through, the Service, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in that Application and your User Content, and you are responsible for protecting those rights. It is also pertinent to mention here that non-payment of subscription fees will result in your app being locked for editing and viewing purposes.
