Businesses implement chatbots to their websites to remain available for their users all the time. Chatbots answer basic queries and transfer the chats to live agents for further assistance.
Here are the steps that you can follow to create an inquiry bot for your business :
Step 1
Login to your chatbot account, go to Dashboard and click on Create Bot
Step 2
Enter the name of the bot that you wish to create.
Step 3
Select “Inquiry bot” as bot type here
Step 4
Set up your bot flow in the “Editor” section by editing content of existing nodes, adding new nodes or removing any existing one. Once you’ve done it then click on “Save & Next”
Step 5

Step 6
Once you are done with the design and text customization, go to ‘Set up’ section to implement the bot’s widget in your website. Here you need to copy the code snippet by clicking on copy icon and paste it in the <body> section of each page of your website. To know more about how you can set up a bot's widget, click here.
Step 7
After you’ve implemented the bot’s widget, you’ll see a confetti in which you’ll get an option to go to “Dashboard”
Note:
Whenever any visitor completes the bot flow an inquiry will be generated which will be sent to you at your registered email. An email will also be sent to the visitor saying that his inquiry has been received.
