How to get your Assistant AI key

If you plan to integrate an AI assistant into your chatbot application, you will need the unique AI key associated with that assistant. This key will allow your system to properly authenticate and communicate with the desired AI model. Follow these simple steps to find and copy your AI assistant key.

Step 1: Open Playground First, open the AI Playground interface in your account. It should look something like the screen shown below. Here you can access all your AI assistants and related tools.

Step 2: Choose your assistant. On the left panel, you will see the Assistants section which lists all the AI assistants you have access to. Choose the specific assistant you want to connect by selecting it from the dropdown list or create your assistant by selecting the Create option.

Step 3: Find the Assistant AI Key. Select the Assistant you want. Once your Assistant is selected, you should see a unique alphanumeric ID just below the name of the selected Assistant as highlighted in the image below. This is the Assistant AI Key.

Step 4: To copy the key: Simply click on the Assistant AI key to copy it to your clipboard. You can then paste this key into the text field provided in the Handoff Configuration section.

And that's it! By following these four simple steps, you will have the right AI key needed to authenticate and connect your chatbot to the AI assistant of your choice.
