Getting Your Assistant AI Key

If you plan to integrate an AI assistant into your Chatbot application, you'll need to obtain the unique AI key associated with that assistant. This key allows your system to properly authenticate and communicate with the desired AI model. Follow these simple steps to locate and copy your Assistant AI key.

Step 1: Open the Playground First, open the AI Playground interface in your account. This should look similar to the screen shown below. Here you can access all your AI assistants and associated tools.

Step 2: Select Your Assistant On the left panel, you'll see the "Assistants" section which lists out all the AI assistants you have access to. Select the specific assistant you want to connect by selecting it from the dropdown or create your assistant by selecting the option "Create".

Step 3: Locate the Assistant AI Key With your desired assistant selected. Once your assistant is selected, you should see a unique alpha-numeric ID listed directly below the name of your selected assistant, as highlighted in the image below. This is the Assistant AI key.

Step 4: To Copy the Key Simply click the Assistant AI key to copy it to your clipboard. You can then paste this key into the designated text field in Handoff configuration section.

And that's it! By following these four simple steps, you'll have the proper AI key required to authenticate and connect your chatbot to the desired AI assistant.
