To help navigate the use of fonts within the platform, important points regarding font licensing and responsibilities are outlined.

    1. Usage of Fonts
Appy Pie utilizes fonts from Google Fonts, which are open-source and licensed under the SIL Open Font License, Apache License, or Ubuntu Font License. These fonts can be used commercially, including in products that are sold commercially, subject to the terms of their respective licenses.

    2. Customer Responsibility
While Appy Pie provides a range of Google Fonts, customers may choose to use other fonts within their applications. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any non-Google Fonts used in their content comply with the appropriate licensing agreements.

    3. Third-Party Fonts
If a customer incorporates third-party fonts not provided by Appy Pie, they must have the necessary rights and licenses to use these fonts. Appy Pie is not responsible for any licensing issues arising from the use of third-party fonts.

    4. Content Creation
All content created on the Appy Pie platform using Google Fonts is compliant with the respective font licenses. If there is a need to replace any non-compliant fonts with Google Font equivalents, Appy Pie will assist in making the necessary adjustments upon request.

    5. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Appy Pie from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the use of third-party fonts that do not comply with the relevant licensing agreements.
