    How Can I Set Up Zendesk Integration With Appy Pie Connect?

    Zendesk is a popular customer support and ticketing software that allows businesses to streamline their customer support process.     Step 1


    Visit Appy Pie Connect, and “Log In“ for Appy Pie Connect. In case you do not have a Appy Pie account, Sign up first and then log in to your account.

    As a sign-up procedure, click on “Start your 7 days free trial” where you will be redirected to the Appy Pie Connect dashboard for further procedure.



    Step 3


    After logging in, you will see a dashboard as shown in the image. This dashboard will contain all the information regarding your integrations between apps. 

    Here, click on “Create a Connect”.

    Now, search for ‘Zendesk’ in the search toolbar as we’re learning how to enable Zendesk integrations through Appy Pie Connect. Select the one which is marked with an arrow.

    Choose your desired trigger event for Zendesk and press “Continue” to move ahead.

    Connect a Zendesk account with Appy Pie and if you are already Zendesk user your account would get connect automatically but if you are new to Zendesk, create an account first and then connect. Upon connecting, click on “Continue”.



    Step 7


    Set up for the trigger was complete. Now choose your desired Action app from 1000+ apps available. Let’s say, Gmail.



    Step 8


    Choose your required Action Event for Gmail and click “Continue”.



    Step 9


    Connect your Gmail account with Appy Pie first and if you are new to Gmail, create an account and then connect before proceeding further. Upon connecting an account, click “Continue”.



    Step 10


    Moving a step ahead, set up options for the Action event you selected before. This step will depend on the Action event selected by you previously. After filling in the details, skipping or continuing with the Run Test is your decision. Choose accordingly.



    Step 11


    Congratulations! Your Pipedrive integration with Gmail was a success. In the same way you can integrate Pipedrive with your favorite app available in the Appy Pie Connect directory and enjoy all the amazing features
