    How to add an agent to a chat?

    Follow the steps below to add an agent to a chat:

    1. Go to your Livechat dashboard and in the left panel, you will see the Ongoing and Incoming Conversations menus. ���
    2. Under Ongoing Conversation, select an ongoing chat.���
    3. Click on the Add User icon on the top right of the Chat panel.���
    4. You will see the list of agents. If you want, you can also search for the agent. Select agent(s) you want to add to a chat.���
    5. Once you have selected the agent, click on Done.
