How to start a chat with another agent?

Follow the steps below to start a chat with another agent:

1. Go to your Livechat dashboard and click on the User icon in the top-right of the side menu.���
2. Select an agent and click on the Messaging icon���
3. Click on Start Chat in the chat panel.���
4. Type your message and then click the Send icon. Your conversation will also appear under Ongoing Conversations.���
