How to download a chat transcript?

Follow the steps below to download a chat transcript:

1. Go to your Livechat dashboard and click on the Conversation History icon in the navigation menu.���
2. You will be redirected to the Conversation History section where you can view all your past conversations. Under the Action column, click on View Transcript.���
3. Your chat transcript will appear in the right panel. Now, click on the 3 dot icon.���
4. Click Download to download the chat transcript to your system.
