How to pick a Chat?

Follow the steps below to pick a chat:

1. Login to your Livechat account and go to the dashboard. In the left panel, you will see the Ongoing and Incoming Conversations menus. ���
2. Under Incoming Conversation, select an incoming chat.���
3. For the selected conversation, you can check the visitor’s details including Name, Email, Visitor’s path, and IP. Now, click on Start Chat to start interacting with your visitors.���Type your message and then click the Send icon.
