    How to manage existing agents?

    Follow the steps below to manage existing agents:

    1. Go to your Livechat dashboard and click on the Agent icon in the navigation menu.���
    2. You will be redirected to the Agent section where you can view all your existing agents. Under the action column, click on the 3 dot icon.���
    3. Click on Edit to edit the details of the agent.���
    4. Edit the details you want to update and then, click Update. ���
