    How to view past chats of a visitor?

    Follow the steps below to view the past chats of a visitor:

    1. Go to your Livechat dashboard and in the left panel, you will see the Ongoing Conversation and Incoming Conversation menus. ���
    2. Under Ongoing Conversation, select an ongoing chat.���
    3. Click on the 3 dot icon in the top right of the Chat panel.���
    4. Select View Past Chats from the options.���
    5. In the right panel, you will see the past chat details including Chat Date and Time, Session ID, and Agent’s name.
